Алба хаагчдыг очиход ил харагдах гэмтэл шархтай эмэгтэй хүн нас барсан байдалтай байсныг нутаг дэвсгэр хариуцсан цагдаагийн байгууллагаас хойшлуулшгүй ажиллагаа явуулахад энэ оны хоёрдугаар сарын 7-8-нд шилжих шөнө тус дүүргийн долдугаар хорооны нутаг дэвсгэрийн дугаар байранд оршин суух 59 настай Д гэгч нь архи согтууруулах ундааны зүйл хэрэглэсэн үедээ хувийн таарамжгүй харилцааны улмаас хамтран амьдрагч 36 настай эмэгтэйн амь насыг хохироосон үйлдлийг тогтоосон байна.
Уг этгээдэд эрүүгийн хуулийн 10.1 дүгээр зүйлийн 1 дэх хэсэгт зааснаар эрүүгийн хэрэг үүсгэж, яллагдагчаар татаж, хэргийг энэ сарын 3-ны өдөр шүүхэд шилжүүлэх саналтай прокурорын байгууллагад шилжүүлжээ.
